Matasaburou Shirosaki (白崎 又三郎 Shirosaki Matasaburou?) is the grandfather of Hiro Shirosaki and Momo Shirosaki who runs a cafe named Kazemichi in Fukui Prefecture, Japan.

Appearance[]

Matasaburou has the appearance of an elderly man, with tied up white hair. He wears glasses and has light brown eyes.

Personality[]

He's a kind old man who looks after Hiro and his friends well. He is very familiar with them and tells them about the goings on of the others in the group when they aren't around. This is apparent in how he calls Yukinari "Yukki" and when he told Touko that Sachi and Hiro are hanging out

  • The name Matasaburou means "or again, furthermore, on the other hand" (又) (mata), "three" (三) (sabu) and "son" (郎) (rou).
  • Matasaburou's surname Shirosaki means "white" (白) (shiro) and "cape, peninsula" (崎) (saki).
